Zhujiajiao Angsana Resort
Located a stone’s throw away from the historical core of Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Village built 1700 years ago during the Jin Dynasty, the resort also boasts a borrowed landscape of The Kezhi Garden (1912) next to the hotel. The latter plays host to the renowned Chinese Kun Opera – The Peony Pavilion, which is central to the conceptual landscape narrative for the resort. Scenes from the play is abstracted into differing atmospheres through a series of characteristic courtyards in the hotel.
